This
is a 1925 Hans Nebel Cello made from European spruce and maple. I
showed the photos to Hans' son Also named Hans Nebel who agreed that it
is his father's work. The cello is in fine condition. There are some
monor repairs necessary as well as a good polishing. It has a
very beautiful sound! And the craftsmanship is supurb... just
look at the edging and the distinctive fluting around the ff holes.
This instrument could clean up nicely!
